The edges of the boards will have a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove and treated with special anti termite and water resistant lacquer.Teak wood is the hardest of hard woods and is the recommended wood for Badminton court. All major tournaments are played on Teak/Maple Wood Floor only
The Under Frame:- Made of Pine wood runners of 70 mm x 45 mm, treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 19 mm thick EPDM air cushioned pads, stappled through the two wings at 350 mm x 350 mm
Finishing:- After installation the floor will be machine sanded in uniform level and finished with CHIMIVER PANSERI SPA MADE IN ITALY ECOSTAR 2K SPORT. European standards for sportive wooden floors meeting EN14904 standard's requirements, DIN 18032-2 for slip resistance and it's classified as EN 13501-1. Hardness Game line marking to be carried out in required colors before applying the finish coat

Apex Sports Providing and Application of Squash Court Hard Plaster System ““REBOUND” UK “ World Squash Federation and England Squash accredited system.
The system consists of a 10 /12 mm base coat with silica sand Provide By Client & top coat of 4-5mm,Provide By Apex Sports which makes it a total thickness of 14-15 mm. Due to extremely hard nature of plaster a slight uneven color distribution may be seen once the plaster has dried, this doesn't affect the strength or integrity of the plaster and must not be considered as a defect.
03. Squash Court Back Wall Glass System
Free standing glass back wall made of 12 mm thick toughened glass with 4 panels, 1 door, 4 fines, fixtures and fittings and all the materials required for erecting the glass walls. The height of the glass wall will be 2130 mm above the finished floor level
